It means "intentional misspelling." Interpretation is left as an exercise for the reader. It may help to know that I have a degree in Rhetoric, which is essentially a license to play with language.

Irony is completely dead.
As evidence, I offer this: Evel Knievel died of (more or less) natural causes today.
Yes, not the way he would've wanted to go out eh? You'd think he would have had one last go to cross Snake River Canyon in a rocket powered wheel chair. IT could've gone higher than his motor bike did seeing as he was already on oxygen!
