It means "intentional misspelling." Interpretation is left as an exercise for the reader. It may help to know that I have a degree in Rhetoric, which is essentially a license to play with language.

I Knew This Man was Brilliant
Thirty years before it was in vogue, Tom Stoppard wrote about one of my pet issues:
It's not the voting that's democracy, it's the counting.
That's from his play Jumpers, which I have yet to read. I guess I have some homework to do.
