
I'm not a dog person, but I saw this on a car last week, and the sentiment struck me as simple and useful. Be happier. Be less annoying.
It means "intentional misspelling." Interpretation is left as an exercise for the reader. It may help to know that I have a degree in Rhetoric, which is essentially a license to play with language.

Saw one today which my middle-aged eyes perceived as saying "STOP PREACHERS". I thought that couldn't be right -- that it must say "STOP POACHERS" -- but I couldn't catch up to make sure.
I'm all for stopping poachers, and the truth is I can think of some preachers who oughta be stopped as well.
